Star Trek: Destiny trilogy of books (David Mack) Awesome. This is Game of Thrones without dragons.įinding Sanctuary and Finding Happiness (Abbot Christopher Jamison) Very helpful books, I recommend them to everyone. It has really had a positive lasting impact upon me for about two decades now. It was my first real "adult" novel when I picked it up in my mid teens. The Pillars of the Earth (Ken Follett) This was a re-read. The Fortunate Pilgrim (Mario Puzo) Not bad, you can tell it's his first novel but it is a labor of love to his mother and it shows. Lethe (Tricia Sullivan) Loved it! The ending was a bit abrupt though. This is what I have read so far this year in no particular order: Not sure if anyone will really care but what the hell.
